Handbuilt Guitar Amplifiers. Individually Voiced.

Boutique valve amplifiers, designed and built on Australia's Sunshine Coast.

At Sleepwalk Amps, every amplifier starts with a sound in mind.

Founded by amplifier designer Aaron, Sleepwalk draws on years of collecting, studying and experimenting with vintage amplifiers to create instruments with distinctive character, response and feel.

From Dumble-inspired designs to custom builds that capture the character of a favourite vintage amp, each amplifier is approached with the individual guitarist in mind.

Built Around Your Sound

Working directly with the person who designs and builds your amplifier is part of the Sleepwalk experience.

Aaron works with guitarists to understand what they're looking for, tailoring and refining amplifiers to suit their playing style, equipment and tonal preferences.

Sometimes that means making adjustments together in the workshop. Other times, it's taking the amp away, playing it in a familiar setting and returning for further fine-tuning.
